We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images for all our products. Please note that due to lighting and screen differences, actual wig colors may vary slightly from what appears online.

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom orders or special requests may require additional processing time.
- Customers will receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation once their order is received and processed.

Refund & Return Policy
We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (wigs and hair extensions), we operate a strict No-Refund, No-Return policy.
1. No Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. No Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs, hair products, or hair accessories.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package by sending clear photos via WhatsApp or email.
We will investigate and, if eligible, provide an exchange or replacement at our discretion.
